Pakistan

Many international surveys rank Pakistan was one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Entrepreneurs are cautioned. Although it has strong potential to be an entrepreneurial nation, there are certain problems that prevent it from being so. The first is the entrepreneurs’ effort to become wealthy overnight, without having to move up the ladder gradually. This overconfidence and lack of understanding for proper business techniques causes the demise of many entrepreneurial ventures.

The second issue that is preventing entrepreneurial growth in Pakistan is that the women are not given the opportunity to start a venture and nurture it into a successful business. Women are looked as the “food-makers” rather than the “food-earners.” However, research does show that those women who have been given the chance and the proper resources have worked to become strong entrepreneurs. As an increasing number of women are fighting for their right to enter into the business world, entrepreneurship amongst women is giving rise to some excellent business ventures.

I will disagree with the idea that Pakistan ia a corrupt country. It may be the Governments those always corrupted concept and practices of democracy lies in the system. Democracy is always voted by the people of Pakistan for therir development but the rulers after getting the vote on the name of democracy reframed it in their own favor. Unfortunately rulers outsourced democracy with foreighn donors financial and other assistance. Again, help for democracy from donors were misused and rulers corrupted it after capturing absolute powers and people are left with agitations and strikes.

Answering the 2nd issue I would like to add that economy of the Country has gone so week because ruling party corruption has crushed the econmy blood line(energy, industry, gas, water, social infrastructre) . Not only women but male population are jobless.
